Cancellation & Refunds : For Self-Paced Learning
If dissatisfied, you must raise your refund request within 3 days of purchase of course. The money-back-guarantee is void if the participant has accessed more than 25% of the content or downloaded the E-Book. Any refund request beyond 3 days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
How to request a refund?
To request a refund or cancellation, contact us at ecommerceinstitutebangladesh@gmail.com with your email address and order number (If the order number is there).
When and how we issue refunds:
Upon determining that a cancellation or refund is due to you under these Terms, we will issue the refund or cancellation within 7-10 working days.
If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay for the Product/Services.
